Paul Fears

President / CEO

Paul spent over a decade in the financial industry. While in the industry he obtained, Executive’s Club status, Regional Sales Leader, and finally, National Financial Manager of the Year at a fortune 500 company.

He also started and ran a real estate investment company that purchased and rehabbed distressed properties and purchased Deeds of Trusts.

In 2012 he created PSF International, LLC and Education Consulting Associates (ECA) in an effort to transform the education industry. The goal was to help create programs for universities at affordable prices, that would help the student obtain a job quickly after completion. PSF International, LLC has now partnered with major universities, community colleges and workforce development boards to bring training to both the civilian sector and military members and their families.

Paul assisted in the creation of Cryptofuse in 2017, which was a blockchain investment and development company based in the United Kingdom.

Paul has also created several grants and scholarships to assist both the military community and their families, and those in the civilian sector that were impacted from Covid. Through these grant and scholarships, military families have received over $1,000,000 in laptops to assist them in training. Military families have also been awarded over $2,500,000 in training. Those that have been impacted from the pandemic have been awarded over $1,000,000 in training to help them get back to work or find better jobs.

Marylene has over 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing, customer relations (ranging from customer service, sales, inbound marketing, pre and after sales support) training, performance analysis and account and operations management. She has a thorough understanding of marketing, its principles and how they can be best applied with innovation.

Her specialties: Client Acquisitions and Relations, General Management (Operations & Support), Business Development, Process Improvement, Performance Management & Implementations, Change Management, Social Media and Mobile Advertising & Marketing, Deep Dive/Root Cause Analysis & Strategic Planning.
